Your Questions, Answered

Do I need prior yoga experience to join?

Not at all. Our class schedule includes beginner fundamentals, and live instructors provide modifications so you can practice safely from day one.


What should I bring to class?

Just yourself, a water bottle, and an open mind. We’ll have mats and props available, but you’re always welcome to bring your own if you prefer.


How do I know which class is right for me?

Each class is designed with a specific intention—whether it’s building strength, increasing flexibility, or slowing down your nervous system.
We provide clear descriptions to help guide you, and you can always reach out if you’re unsure—we’re happy to help you find the best fit.


What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you cancel at least 12 hours before class if you can no longer attend. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else and keep class sizes intentional.


What if I’m not sure how often I can commit to coming to class?

That’s is totally ok! If you don’t want to commit to a monthly membership until you know for sure, you can purchase class packages. They are available in groups of 5, 10, or 20 classes so you can use them at your discretion and you have a whole year to use them. If it works out and you become a regular, then you can receive exclusive member rates and perks.
