Class Types
We exist to support all people in balancing their mental and physical well-being and are interested in improving their flexibility, stress management, diet and overall well-being. For this reason, we offer a variety of class types for every individual to explore yoga at their own pace no matter where you are in your wellness journey.
Vinyasa Flow
A dynamic, breath-led practice that links movement & flow to build strength, flexibility, and presence. Expect a fluid sequence that energizes the body while calming the mind.
Best for: All Levels (with options offered), especially those who enjoy movement, variety, and a more active practice. Great for building strength, flexibility, and getting out of your head and into your body.
Gentle Yoga
A slow, calming practice focused on light stretching, breathwork, and relaxation. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to reduce stress and move the body with ease.
Best for: All Levels (with options offered), especially beginners or as an active recovery day.
Yin Yoga
A slow, meditative practice focused on deep stretching and stillness. Postures are held for longer periods to release tension, improve mobility, and support nervous system regulation.
Best for: All levels, including beginners. Ideal for those feeling tight, stressed, or needing to slow down. Especially supportive for nervous system regulation, & anyone balancing an intense workout routine.
Rev & Flow
High intensity class of functional fitness that infuses balance, flexibility, mobility and toning with optional light 1-2 lb weights that is to a music-driven playlist.
This class is beginner friendly and encompasses some barre, pilates & mobility mat work.
Kundalini
A powerful practice that blends breath-work, movement, meditation, and mantra to awaken energy within the body. Designed to elevate awareness, balance the nervous system, & deepen your connection to self.
Best for: All levels, especially those open to a more inward, spiritual experience. Great for anyone looking to deepen their mind-body connection, explore breath-work and meditation, or shift energy & mental patterns.
* Heated *
Any class on the schedule that says “heated” with it is considered a Heated Yoga class. Temperatures range from 90-100 degrees during these classes.
Classes labeled as “Warm” will range from 75-80 degrees.
Breath-Work
Intentional breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system and release stored tension. This practice supports emotional clarity, stress relief, and a deeper mind–body connection.
Meditation
Guided meditation practices suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Cultivate presence, mental clarity, and inner stillness through simple, accessible techniques.
